Because we believe in sharing, The Par Derriere created a menu using the finest seasonal products and inspirited by the local Israeli food and from around the world, particularly France and Italy. A large choice of our menu are dishes designed for sharing.
Every day we receive fresh products coming from Tel Aviv markets. Our meats and fishes are prepared on site daily and paired with ingredients selected by our chef and combined to create unique and tasty dishes. Our desserts and pastries are backed on site every day.
Open all week from the morning until late evening, you can have breakfast in the morning, a business lunch at noon, relax with a drink during the happy hour, enjoy a candle diner after the sunset or eat an European style brunch on Friday and Saturdays until 17:00 quite unique in Tel Aviv.
For breakfast you can order eggs of your choice, Israeli salad, bread and tahini or shakshouka with our without merguez. You also can make the choice to be more Parisian and have a fresh baguette with butter and jam or just a home backed croissant with your coffee or fresh orange juice. For a bigger appetite we also serve eggs Benedict, “Steak and Eggs”, pizzas and more.
Our business lunch is a formula that includes a starter when ordering a main dish from a large selection: fettuccine verde, roasted chicken breast, hamburger with fries, … Among the starters there is a mozzarella di buffalo salad, a shrimps and artichoke a la plancha salad and for vegans, tabouleh and lentils salad, and much more. You can enjoy it from noon to 4pm, from Sunday to Thursday.
Late afternoon and the evening you can share a cheese plater with homemade onion jam and bread, a roasted beef carpaccio, a corvina sashimi or a chicken liver pate. You can also make the choice to order a main plate like beef filet, vegetables and homemade puree, seabass fish grilled with roasted potatoes, pasta alla carbonara or shredded beef sliders
To finish your meal, let yourself be tempted by our homemade desserts: tarte tatin, tiramisu, crème brulée, chocolate mousse or Nutella-banana crepe.
